Banana French toast

Preparation: 5 Minutes

Cooking: 5 minutes approx

Note: Be aware of allergies for children to eggs (it’s recommended babies under 8 months to not have eggs). Also children under at least 1 year, preferably 2 years olds are not recommended to have honey.

Method:

Remove crusts from the bread and cut into squares or triangles
Whisk egg and milk.
Mash banana and spread thinly across the bread before you dip into the egg/milk mix.
Heat butter and dip bread into egg mixture one at a time and then fry in pan until browned on both sides.

Ingredients

2 slices of wholemeal bread
1 egg
1 tbsp – breastmilk or formula or cow’s milk
Butter
Mashed banana

All of your hard vegetables- carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc are to be put in the liquid with the roast.
