SK Guest Contributor Guidelines
Our guidelines are in the interest of fairness and consistency.
- Join: Become a member of the SK community- https://www.seriouslykids.com.au/sign-up/ & like us on at least one of our social media channels.
- Topic: Write for our SK audience. Articles or topics not relevant to SK will not be considered. We reserve the right to reject contributions at our discretion. Copyright is authors responsibility.
- Author: The author of the article must be the submitter.
- Author bio requirements: Include a brief bio (1-2 sentences) about yourself/your business. Include a logo and link details.
- Image requirements: You must have the rights to the image provided to accompany the post. Images must reflect the subject of the article. If an image is not provided, we will use a stock picture.
- Content: It should be 100% original and not published elsewhere. It should be educational not overly promotional. SK reserves the right to edit your work. It should not include any profanity. We do not offer compensation for articles published.
- Word Count: Usually between 500-850 words per article is great although we may accept longer articles.
- Formatting: Submitted as a Word Doc or PDF.
- Links: Link are limited to the site or blog of the author only or must be of relevance to the article (and approved at SK’s discretion).
- SK reserves the right of refusal of a submission.
