Googly Eyes is a refreshing new fun board game by Crown Andrews.
The concept is simple and straight forward enough… yet it is whacky, challenging and laugh out loud fun all rolled into one!

I don’t know about you but in our family the girls are board/family games and family fun mad!

We have the usual suspects…..Monopoly, Family Feud, Scrabble, Trouble, Yatzee and so on…. but this new game provides a new take. It is great fun.

The rules are:

In a nutshell…..You roll the dice, move your individual pawn piece and then depending on what colour you land on is the colour lens that you place into your glasses.

There are 3 coloured lens and they vary in the degree of difficulty. Using the colour you land on and provides you with the time limit and determines what selection on the card you use to draw the picture. (if you land on a green dot then you put the green lens in the googly eyes and play the draw challenge next to the green dot on the card).

Try drawing the picture with the whacky glasses on and no speaking or miming, no drawing numbers nor letters…..not as simple as it sounds…. but it is so much fun. Oh and there is a time limit as well to add to the pressure and suspense.

Instead of all those family or board games that get given at Christmas to then only sit in the cupboard collecting dust as they are nothing like they advertise…..purchase one of these and you will find that you will be engrossed in the innovative challenge of drawing with the whacky glasses and the overall family fun that comes with such a fun game…..
