When we were staying in London our base was Kings Cross. We happened to try the first morning a little cafe a short walk from our accommodation.
As it turns out it is not so much a hidden gem with the locals. Bisou is a busy little cafe frequented by locals and return customers like us.
There were customers that had been going there whenever they were in London for years and it really is easy to see why.
Now, it is not a fancy cafe. It doesn’t pretend to be.
It does not have all the trendy bells and whistles. It is a relatively small cafe which would seat about 20.
But it doesn’t need any bells and whistles as it has good old fashioned service and fresh simple food.
We went to this cafe E.V.E.R.Y morning when on our trip.
It was great value and the service was friendly.
The owners are the hosts as well as the chefs. They have a real passion to ensure you have a good meal and enjoy the cafe.
The menu was huge. So when we say it has simple food that is a good thing here.
The food is cooked fresh to order. There is so many combinations on the menu. And they are also happy to tailor something to your tastes.
The location is very close to Kings Cross Station.
