
Vinaigrette is mostly used as a salad dressing but can also be used as a marinade.
This recipe can be customized for your taste with your preferred oil, herbs and vinegar. The combinations are large and can be tailored depending on the food it is accompanying.
If you prefer a particular taste then alter your oil, your vinegar or alternatively add in herbs to help achieve your particular taste.
1 litre of vinaigrette = 500 ml oil.
The better the oil = the better the dressing.
Good oil is: macadamia oil, olive, grape seed, etc
