At 9 Months I can

Stand momentarily holding onto furniture.
Sit well without support.
Attempts or starts to crawl.
Can lean forward without loosing balance.
Can imitate clapping hands.
Holds, bites and chews finger food and will feed self using hands.
Can hold a spoon.
Can pick up small objects with the base of their thumb and forefinger.
Enjoys musical games and repition.
Has developed a strong attatchment to primary caregiver.
Shows anxiety to strangers.
Understand ‘no’ and ‘goodbye’.
Babbles to self using long repetitive strings of syllables.
Shouts to attract attention.
Is attentive.
Search for a toy where it was first hidden.
Look in the direction that a toy has been dropped.
