  • Stand momentarily holding onto furniture.

  • Attempts or starts to crawl.
  • Can lean forward without loosing balance.
  • Can imitate clapping hands.
  • Holds, bites and chews finger food and will feed self using hands.
  • Can hold a spoon.
  • Can pick up small objects with the base of their thumb and forefinger.
  • Enjoys musical games and repition.
  • Has developed a strong attatchment to primary caregiver.
  • Shows anxiety to strangers.
  • Understand ‘no’ and ‘goodbye’.
  • Babbles to self using long repetitive strings of syllables.
  • Shouts to attract attention.
  • Is attentive.
  • Search for a toy where it was first hidden.
  • Look in the direction that a toy has been dropped.
