Opened in 2000, Mondo restaurant, catering and cooking school was inspired by a concern about the increasing use of chemical pesticides, preservatives and genetically-modified additves in everyday foods.

Classes: Our unique, hands-on classes are suited to the absolute beginner through to food enthusiasts. They are full of helpful hints and showcase premium Australian food, cheese, and wine producers. Unless specified, each class is designed to cater for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

All classes this season will include complimentary wine, beer or a non-alcoholic beverage, and you will receive a recipe handout, Mondo apron, Mondo shopping bag and a Mondo certificate of participation.
