Since that very nervous Saturday evening when the doors opened on June 11th, 2000 all where in apprehension but fortunately it kicked off with a bang, and it just hasn’t stopped since and just keeps getting better.

Nicola Robertiello their oldest son is the head chef together with the team of very eager chef’s who work together to bring to all dell’ugo’s guests the very best in Italian delicacies and favorite dishes, whether it’s the ever famous calmari fritti, pasta alla marinara, or some of the newer special dishes, Paccheri Sfiziosi, Quaglia Ripiena, Stinco di Vitello, and not to forget the old classic Scampi alla griglia, Moreton Bay Bugs, Mud Crab, Cozze pepate, Spaghetti alle vongole and many more .

Dell’Ugo New Farm also now caters for private dinner parties, board room lunches, and corporate functions on and off site basically there is nothing that Dell’Ugo New Farm cannot do. If you cannot come to Dell’Ugo then Dell’Ugo will come to you.
Dell’Ugo New Farm is open 7 days for lunch and dinner, closes on public holidays, Easter break and x’mas and New Year break. We can also cater for any function in the privacy of your own home.
